Americans don't like to eat fish with bone.

You could order others with pork or chicken.

The most popular in this restaurant was pupusa which is from El Salvador (El Salvadorean food).
What is pupusa? The chef showed us how to make it.

The dough of pupusa. Then she put cheeze and meat (such as chicken, beef, or pork) inside the dough.

You could eat pupusa with pickled radish (pink) and spicy souce.
The pupusa and pickled radish were so good.
