On November 4, 2008, Obama won the President election.
At the same time, Americans could also vote on some propositions.
They study and then define their position toward issues.
Because most propositions were complex, I did not pay attention to any one until I saw the logo in front of my homestay house.

After my American ex-roommate moved out, home-ma changed some decorations in that room. One of those was a set of mirrors as fllows.
When I helped home-ma to hang the mirrors, I told her that I liked this kind of decoration.
I never thought she did care about what I said. Several months later, she told me she finally found one set and asked me to check if I liked it.
This was my room before the mirrors were hanged.

During the class, we picked a paper which has a name on from our teacher.
We wrote some words for the classmate we picked up and got the words from someone.

I moved to the homestay in August, 2007 and I just felt all the decorations were beautiful.
I did not know that my home-ma is crazy on decoration so I did not take the pictures of August's decoration.

↑ Carol, my home-ma, is a retired elementary school teacher and now she works in Placentia city library.
She was born in 1936, thus she is 72 years old. But she is always energetic and hopeful.
She likes holidays so she always have some decorations on every holiday.
